Zweibrücken
Zweibrücken is an independent City in the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. It is the westernmost city in the state and is located in the Palatinate. The City has a long history and was once an important residential town of the Duchy of Zweibrücken.
One of the most important sights in Zweibrücken is Zweibrücken Castle, a Renaissance building from the 16th century, which is now used as a museum and event venue. There is also a well-preserved old town with many historic buildings and squares such as the market square and the Age Town Hall.
