Koblenz is a city in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers. It has around 110,000 inhabitants and is an important transportation hub and tourist destination.

Koblenz has a long history dating back to Roman times. In the Middle Ages it was an important fortress and trading town and in the 19th century a popular destination for the european aristocracy. Today, the old town of Koblenz is a popular tourist destination with many historic buildings and sights, including the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, the Devil's Bridge and the city wall.

One of the most famous landmarks from Koblenz is the German Corner, where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet. It is a popular location for walks and boat tours and is home to a monument to Kaiser Wilhelm I.

Koblenz is known for its music and theater events, wine festivals and carnival. There are many parks and green spaces as well as a long Rhine promenade.
